Davis St. Our renovation of a brick warehouse at 512 W. Davis places five offices, a coffee bar, and storage around a glass-enclosed conference room – all done in style we call “industrial chic.” The corrugated-tin warehouse at 518 W. Davis is home to eight artist studios, complete with gallery space, clean-up sinks, showers, and the collegiality of a cooperative. The buildings share abundant parking and a shaded patio.
