Good Space has always championed preservation in the century-old neighborhood surrounding the Bishop Arts District. With zoning reforms in 2010, Good Space began converting historic homes for office and light-commercial uses that would be compatible with home-owning families next door. Even before the third cottage was complete, the project had garnered two historic-preservation awards. Spaces ranging from 700 to 1100 square feet have been embraced by professionals fleeing sterile office towers and by those who live a bike ride away.
